Welcome to Daily Gentlemen.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Daily Gentlemen. We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it. Together, these are referred to as the “Services”.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to within them, explain your rights and responsibilities when accessing our website, using our Services or purchasing from us.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights, orders, payments, delivery and limitations of liability.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

Section 1: Access and Accounts

If you allow a minor to use the Services on a device you own or manage, you remain responsible for their activity.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from Daily Gentlemen.

After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been approved or dispatched. A contract is formed between you and Daily Gentlemen at that point.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:

• A product being unavailable

• Payment not being authorised

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity

• Delivery restrictions

• A breach of these Terms

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, the amount paid will be refunded.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to change or cancel an order after processing has begun. Your statutory cancellation and return rights are not affected.

If we need to change, decline or cancel an order, we will try to contact you using the email address, billing address or telephone number supplied during checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use. You must not purchase products for unauthorised resale or export.

Section 4: Prices and Payment

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without notice. The amount charged will be the price displayed during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.

The complete amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery costs, will be shown before you submit your order.

Free tracked shipping is available on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply to some international orders where these are not collected during checkout. Where permitted by law, the customer is responsible for charges imposed by their local authorities or customs agency.

Promotions may have additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the terms applying specifically to that promotion will take priority.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and account information. You must update your details if they change.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method

• The payment provider is authorised to charge the order amount

• You will pay the total amount shown during checkout

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

Processing times and estimated delivery periods are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for the parcel until it is delivered into your physical possession or received by a person you have authorised to accept it.

If you independently arrange a delivery carrier that was not offered by Daily Gentlemen, responsibility for the parcel may pass to you when the order is handed to that carrier, where permitted by law.

The Services and their content, including our branding, text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, product reviews, website design and arrangement, are owned by or licensed to Daily Gentlemen.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility we may have where we have expressly arranged a third party service as part of your purchase from Daily Gentlemen.

Daily Gentlemen is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

Any purchase made through our store is made directly between you and Daily Gentlemen. Shopify is not the seller of the products available through our store and is not responsible for fulfilling your order.

To the extent permitted by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for loss, injury or damage arising solely from products purchased directly from Daily Gentlemen.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have against Shopify where Shopify has a separate legal responsibility to you.

We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products and Services are provided for personal and household use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or commercial data, where you use a product for an unauthorised business purpose.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by Daily Gentlemen as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services, deliberate breach of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

Customers in Denmark, Australia and other supported locations will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply in their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes those protections.

The headings in these Terms are included for convenience and do not affect their meaning or interpretation.

The latest version of these Terms of Service will always be available on this page.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal obligations.

Changes will not remove rights that already apply to an order placed before the updated Terms took effect.

By continuing to use the Services after an update takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
